Services
We offer a range of mitigation & consulting services for municipalities, industrial centers, health care facilities, and other large commercial sites.
Extensive restorations require a deep awareness of both the insurance and construction industries to deliver an accurate estimate, timeline, and solutions. Throughout the project lifecycle, we rely on forensic and scientific procedures to determine the extenuating implications of each step of the restoration process.
Since the process of mitigation and restoration are technical in nature, a complete understanding of the best option in any situation is imperative. Determining whether it is necessary to simply repair or restore, or to completely replace and rebuild a structure, is paramount to a policyholder’s satisfactory resolution.
PRE LOSS
In high-risk industries or areas of potential disasters, pre-loss planning can significantly reduce the ultimate costs of mitigation and repairs. By establishing guidelines for Risk Management, policyholders help control costs in the event of an actual emergency.
We identify & vet the correct mitigation contractors for our clients. Once we have vetted the candidates, we secure appropriate pricing & response agreements which avoids confusions during the disaster recovery process.
Phillips Consulting Group identifies risks in advance to ultimately lower the costs of mitigation. Using infrared science, corporate risk management is elevated beyond mere visual judgements to provide a more accurate review.
Our mitigation services, as well as preparatory defenses, prevent anticipated threats from accelerating while also helping to restore safe operations.

Our Approach
Phillips Consulting Group’s skilled consultants have superior professional standards and perform on an efficient timetable. Whether the catastrophe is from man-made or natural disasters, we have the expertise and skills to handle any project of any size with competency and expediency.
Reconstruction costs and liabilities are reduced by responding to a crisis immediately – before the damage escalates. The first 24-48 hours are critical to Emergency Mitigation Services (EMS) in order to reign in remediation costs.
The environment must first be stabilized and secured for the safety of crews and contractors. This stage may include Tarping and Board Up of property to prevent further loss.
We work with Federal and State government agencies, when applicable, to confront industrial hygiene hazards that have the potential to impact public safety. As such, we can recommend health advisories when necessary and submit corresponding regulatory reports.
We determine the extent of damage and offer a critical course of action for remediation and recovery options, keeping in mind what decisions would be made if the client had to pay for the project out of pocket and not assume that an insurance claim will cover assessments based on other expectations.
This initial impact assessment is detailed and involves a conclusive report outlining damages and coordination of mitigation services. An analysis of systems such as fire protection, structural integrity, weather protection, seismic resistance, egress, and energy, as well as market costs for completion will all be considered.
Implement the plan with the goal of returning the site to pre-loss conditions or better, as soon as possible. We deliver comprehensive bid evaluation and negotiating, cost oversight, and invoicing throughout the project.
Budgeting and Requests for Proposal (RFP) Development create an accurate valuation of damages along with strict cost controls and tracking. These cover staffing, labor, equipment, environmental services oversight, contractor accountability, cost projections, and materials. Deadlines and timelines are met with precision.
